Video Content Producer


Primary Responsibilities:  Video Shooting and Editing

  • Personally work on the producing and editing of video content
  • Create multiple short videos every week for more than one client
  • Participate in every step of the production process
  • Operate video equipment during shoots
  • Create graphics as needed
  • Adhere to client budget and timelines
  • Produce videos that adhere to client strategies as directed by the Content Director
  • Perform miscellaneous tasks, as directed by the Content Director/Sr. Content Producers
  • Travel for occasional multiple day shoots out of town



The qualifications for the Video Content Producer are:

  • A minimum of an associates (2 year) degree in advertising, broadcast journalism, or visual arts.  A bachelor (4 year) degree in one of the same fields is preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of professional video producing experience is required.
  • If no degree is possessed, then 6–8 years related experience in a professional setting is required.
  • Demonstrate ability to think creatively



  • Proficient in Premiere Pro CC
  • Proficient in Photoshop CC
  • Proficient in After Effect CC
  • Proficient with Nikon DSLR cameras and lenses
  • An understanding of basic photographic composition rules
  • Journalistic interviewing skills
  • Ability to find and tell a good story
  • Ability to take constructive criticism
  • Be a team player
